Biography
Dr. Gresa Elezi was born the 6th of March 1988 in Gjilan. The primary school and high school accomplished in Gjilan, while in 2006 started studies of Medicine at University of Prishtina.
She finished her studies in Medicine by February 2013, became licensed doctor, from where she continued to work as Medical Doctor in the Main Family Medical Center in Gjilan. By the beginning of 2014, she started to work in American Hospital in Kosova as Medical Doctor, and by 2015 she was offered a contract by US Embassy in Prishtina to serve as Panel Physician for examination and medical check as part of visa application process for people willing to go to USA.
Since November 2016 she started residency in Hematology, and currently is on the third academic year. She is also very active in academic conferences and congresses within the country and abroad, and has published several studies in well known medical journals.

Dr. Gresa Elezi u lind më 6 Mars të vitit 1988. Shkollën fillore dhe atë të mesme e kreu në Gjilan, ndërsa në vitin 2006 filloi studimet në Universitetin e Prishtinës, dega Mjekësi e Përgjithëshme. Ajo mbaroi studimet në Shkurt të vitit 2013, u licensua si Doktor i Mjekësisë dhe vazhdoi punën si Mjeke e Përgjithëshme në Qendrën Kryesore të Mjekësisë Familjare në Gjilan. Në fillim të vitit 2014, ajo filloi punën në Spitalin Amerikan në Kosovë, ndërsa në 2015 iu ofrua të nënshkruaj kontratë me Ambasadën Amerikane në Prishtine si Mjeke që do t’i kryej kontrollat mjekësore të aplikanteve si pjese e procesit të vizave imigruese. Nga Nëntori i vitit 2016, ajo filloi specializimin në degën e Hematologjisë, tashmë është në vitin e tretë.
Ajo është aktive në konferenca dhe kongrese brenda dhe jashtë vendit, dhe ka publikuar disa studime në revista të njohura mjekësore.
